TSIPOURO
Tsipouro is always produced via double distillation.
With anise: Diluted (to 44% ABV).
Without anise: Diluted (to 42% ABV).
For a high-quality tsipouro, we retain only the
"heart"—that is,
the middle portion of the distillation. The beginning (the "head") and the end
(the "tail")
are excluded from the final product.
The water used for dilution comes from a spring on Mount Olympus and is free of chlorine and nitrates.
The spirit is then filtered.
Blanc de Blancs
An excellent wine
with rich aromas;
very pleasant to drink,
refreshing, and a good match
for whatever appetizers
you have on hand.
A blend of several grape varieties
with a vibrant, fiery hue,
delicate aromas, and a light body;
not only is it pleasant to drink,
but it can also be consumed in much larger quantities
than red wines.
In short, it is the perfect Greek wine for a night out with friends—
drunk straight,
without mixing it
with Coca-Cola or sparkling water.
Red Wines
"New Style" Red Wine
Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot.
Very smooth, with fruity aromas—primarily plum
and raspberry. Best enjoyed at 19°C.
It pairs perfectly with hard cheeses and red meats.
Classic Red
Distinguished not only by its winemaking method but also by its fine structure and tannins, making it ideal for aging in oak barrels.
It softens after the third year, revealing
a truly exceptional character. Like all red wines,
it is best served at room temperature.
Well-grilled meat accompanied by a good Kefalotyri cheese guarantees
a delicious evening.
